Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 978bd platform at 978bd.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 978bd (the "Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

978bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect upon publication at 978bd.app/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any inconsistency between translations or any other communication, the English text of this document shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 978bd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 978bd strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any deposits returned.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your specific circumstances, seek independent legal advice before registering.
• Single Account: You may not hold more than one account on 978bd. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure. All balances associated with duplicate accounts, including any bonus funds, will be forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by you through the 978bd responsible gaming dashboard or by any other means. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 978bd is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect account information.

Account Registration

To use 978bd's paid services, including real-money casino games, sports betting markets, and the Mines game, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all details supplied are truthful and accurate.

During registration, you will be required to choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 978bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 978bd support immediately at [email protected].

Your 978bd account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You must not allow third parties to deposit into or withdraw from your account, or to conduct gaming activity on your behalf. Violation of this rule constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

• KYC Documents: 978bd may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to Bangladesh NID, passport, driver's licence, or recent utility bills. Failure to supply requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account restrictions.
• Account Currency: All 978bd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wagering turnover are calculated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent Taka.
• Account Security: You must use a strong, unique password for your 978bd account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for additional security. 978bd is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. 978bd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding ৳200 per month, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

978bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. No other payment methods are currently accepted. 978bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); however, your mobile wallet provider's own terms may apply.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your gaming account.
• Maximum Deposit: Daily deposit limits may apply based on your account verification tier. Fully verified accounts have higher limits. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during operational hours (BST UTC+6). Bank card and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals of ৳10,000 or above in a single request, or cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in any rolling 30-day period, require successful KYC verification before processing. Verification documents must be current and legible.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This rule exists to prevent money laundering and protects all players.
• Refused Withdrawals: 978bd reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms abuse, or pending KYC requirements. In such cases, 978bd will notify the player and specify the information required to release the withdrawal.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not fund your 978bd account using payment instruments belonging to another person. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the deposited amount will be withheld pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

978bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms published on the relevant promotion page at 978bd.app/offers-promotions.

Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a named promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, wagering contributions toward bonus turnover are as follows: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting wagers at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%; sports wagers at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days after they are credited to your account. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirement remains incomplete may result in the earlier bonus being voided.
• Maximum Bonus Win: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of a bonus win is ৳20,000. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the withdrawable balance at the point of withdrawal request.
• Abuse of Promotions: 978bd reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion.
• Modification and Cancellation: 978bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected by cancellation mid-term, unless the promotion terms are being abused.

Prohibited Conduct

By using the 978bd platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balances and bonus balances), and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false personal information; using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; impersonating another person; or submitting forged KYC documents.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or with casino employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sports bet, or promotional competition.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, data scraping tools, or any software not expressly authorised by 978bd to interact with the platform, including placing bets or navigating game interfaces.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake in the platform's odds or game payouts. Any winnings arising from an obvious error will be voided. 978bd will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 978bd platform to launder funds, structure deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or conduct any activity that violates Bangladesh's anti-money laundering regulations.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your 978bd account credentials with any third party, or operating an account on behalf of another individual.
• Harmful or Offensive Conduct: Sending abusive, threatening, or offensive messages to 978bd support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Circumventing Responsible Gaming Restrictions: Attempting to create a new account or use another player's account while subject to a self-exclusion period, deposit limit, or other account restriction.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a 978bd account. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is initiated by the player or by 978bd.

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 978bd support at [email protected]. You must specify whether the closure is for personal preference or for responsible gaming reasons. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion via the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard. During self-exclusion, access to all gaming functions is suspended. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied. Permanently excluded accounts are not reopened under any circumstances.
• Operator-Initiated Suspension: 978bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; ongoing KYC verification; unusual betting patterns triggering fraud monitoring; or any activity that may cause harm to the platform or other players.
• Operator-Initiated Closure: 978bd may close your account permanently if: you are found to have breached these Terms; age verification reveals you are under 18; KYC documents submitted are found to be fraudulent; or your conduct constitutes a legal risk to the Operator. In cases of operator-initiated closure due to Terms breach, 978bd reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned after investigation is complete.
• Inactive Account Closure: Accounts dormant for 24 consecutive months, after the dormancy fee provisions in Section 3 have been applied, may be closed at 978bd's discretion. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 978bd's total liability to you for any claim arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 978bd account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

978bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 978bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

• Service Availability: 978bd does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally affect availability. 978bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on 978bd are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical results at the live dealer table. 978bd does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical results do not predict future outcomes.
• Third-Party Services: 978bd integrates third-party services including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank). 978bd is not liable for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party providers, though it will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues on your behalf.
• Force Majeure: 978bd is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be referred to 978bd's customer support team for resolution. 978bd is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

Nothing in this section limits 978bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
